The Cardinals are 3-0, with a backup QB that nobody wanted.
The Texans are first in their division, with Ryan Fitzpatrick at QB.
We are only four games in, and literally anyone could win anything in the NFL.
But that’s to reason to publish hot garbage like this. Robert Mays is usually good, and tries hard on his podcast. He’s one of the best NFL writers, and one of the few to write anything worthwhile on the big uglies, the linemen. Maybe hack Bill Simmons was gonna write this Bills crap before he got suspended and no one had the sense to tell Mays to kill it. Who knows? But let’s look at how the Bills have finished in the AFC East since the divisions were redone in 2002. Keep in mind that in life 4th place is almost a medal, in divisions it’s LAST PLACE. We’ll go in order, 2002 through 2013:
4th, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 2nd, 4th, 4th, 4th, 4th, 4th, 4th. ZERO playoff berths.
Look at that string of sadness. The Bills have literally never won their division! I CAN sleep with a supermodel, I CAN win the lottery. But I probably wont.
The Bills are one of the worst organizations in the NFL, down in the gutter with the Browns and Raiders. Let’s not waste each other’s time with bullshit woulda/coulda/shoulda pieces. Not during the season, when there’s actual football to be written about. And especially when the HC has benched the starting QB for a guy he didn’t want the front office to sign, who considered retirement, and has an overall starting record of 37-38.
Even if he’s hilarious when drinking.
